Amit Jain, a procurement head at a global telecom firm, logs into the CLM platform to prep for an upcoming quarterly business review.

As he lands on the contract listing page, he activates the AI embedded near TCV column. Instantly, a AI card appears with some pre query suggestion based on some earlier context.

The agent also flags
Three contracts marked “On Hold” with a cumulative TCV of over $5M and highlights two high-value contracts expiring next month.
And few low-value contracts missing key clauses like insurance coverage.
