Karan, a senior counsel at a Fortune 500 company, needed to assess risk exposure across vendor contracts. Existing workflows forced him into endless spreadsheets and filters—slow, mechanical, and error-prone.

I designed an AI conversational search that lets users type natural queries and instantly see critical clauses, timelines, and risks.

Impact: Search time cut from hours to seconds—making legal search feel intuitive, not mechanical.

As he lands on the contract listing page, he activates the AI embedded near TCV column. Instantly, a AI card appears with some pre query suggestion based on some earlier context.

The agent also flags
Three contracts marked “On Hold” with a cumulative TCV of over $5M and highlights two high-value contracts expiring next month.
And few low-value contracts missing key clauses like insurance coverage.
